Technology

Five sensing principles
under one factory roof.

NDIR, electrochemical, semiconductor MOS, laser/IR particulate and capacitive humidity — engineered, calibrated and produced in our Shenzhen facility. That breadth means one supplier covers most of your IAQ + gas + T&H BOM.

Sensing Principles

Six routes, six product families.

Each principle has trade-offs in selectivity, life, cost and integration. Use the cards below to map principle → product family → datasheet.

NDIR Gas Detection

Non-dispersive infrared — high selectivity for CO₂, low drift, 5–15 year cell life. Single & dual-channel options. Used in HVAC, fresh-air, IAQ monitors and greenhouse control.

Electrochemical

Targeted detection of CO, H₂S, NH₃, O₃, SO₂, O₂ and combustibles. Pre-calibrated cells, drop-in for safety instrumentation. Replacement-compatible variants available.

Semiconductor (MOS)

Cost-effective sensing for VOC, odor, formaldehyde and combustible gases. Best for appliance and consumer-grade IAQ where bench-grade accuracy is not required.

Laser / IR Particulate

Laser-scattering and IR particulate sensors for PM1.0 / PM2.5 / PM10. Replacement-compatible with Plantower G-series, Sharp GP2Y and similar legacy parts.

Capacitive Humidity

Polymer capacitive humidity sensors and integrated T&H probes. Anti-condensation variants for HVAC and dehumidifier integration. NTC options for temperature-only paths.

Multi-Parameter Integration

Two-in-one to seven-in-one modules combining particulates, gases and T&H on a single board, with unified UART or RS485 output. Speeds OEM integration significantly.

From Principle to Product

Turn a sensing principle into a module choice.

Tell us the principle plus target gas — we'll reply with the closest module(s), expected accuracy, output options and sample availability. Most principle <-> product mappings are documented; the unusual ones we'll spec for you.
