YYS Sensor ships from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

Most sample or small-quantity orders are prepared after payment and technical details are confirmed. Standard preparation time is usually 3-10 business days for available items. Customized products, special calibration, private-label work, modified connectors, firmware, housing, or bulk orders may require a longer lead time.

Depending on the destination and order requirements, we may ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS, air freight, sea freight, or a customer-appointed forwarder.

International customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, local taxes, or other destination-country costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been opened during transit, please keep all packaging materials and contact us promptly with photos, videos, and the courier record.
